Well I did it, i found a new gym and will start there in march and it looks very good, i cant wait too begin there.
I will then try to keep a journal and put my program.

Workout journal
Also on this blog i will start a journal on my workout and the goal i have set. and in time i will add some pictures to it so that the progress can be followed.
